1 - North Korea will get 3 cores : Pyongan, Chagang and Ryanggang
2 - South Korea will keep 3 others core : Kangwon, Hamyong and Hwangae
3 - North Korea engage to don't make RW in Kangwon, Hamyong and Hwangae
4 - North Korea will not fight against South Korea
5 - South Korea will not fight against North Korea

1 - North Korea initiate RW in Ryanggang
2 - South Korea attack Kangwon
3 - North Korea initiate RW in Pyongan
