We must answer one question? Would we restart the game from level one with empty pockets? I would not. I am sure the answer to the question why answers why we dont have any babies around. This game has major problems. I have one solution for one of these, however any other is appreciated IF we want to save this not only keep it alive for just a little bit more...
I suggest to make it possible for newbies to be around half of the top in strength in some months, and in about a year to be at their 90%.
My basic idea was to decrease players' strength by 0,5-1% each day. However what i most like in this game is that: what i have i can not lose. So we may accept better the fact we gain less and less strength by training, thus giving us the limit of our achievable power. (much better idea than divisions or extra training grounds - these must be reset from time to time, these are hotfixes for a bad concept - my idea is a sustainable, quite far concept - also if you ever been to gym, you know this is how life works).
To be exact:
Boot camp gives what it gives (for free) but is reduced by 0,4% of our actual strength (strength before any train, what we had at day change),
Advanced Training is reduced by 0,2%. The extra 1str we get for completing the daily routine is left unchanged.
Thus in the beginning we get max 31str/day, in 3 months you may have 2000str, with 19str daily increase, after half year 3500str +10str/day and after a year 4600str with only 3,5str/day. You need 570days to reach 5000str, what means all your trains will cost you strength but with the +1str daily you can keep up the pace to reach 5220str in 3years, and never exceed 5250.
Keep calm: your strength can be almost achieved by newbies, but you can keep a slight advance with your rank. However this slight advantage will not keep them away from the game, and we want to play an MMO game, not an abandoned farmville (?).
Related changes:
-SuperSoldier medals are meant to be awarded after 50str points
-also TP/TA medals progression should not increase till eternity
--
after that change? would we restart? well the answer becomes a question: what's in it for me? Probably i would restart as i am not losing anything that i can not reach again... for some perks... however newbies would be definitely less motivated to leave for good.

if admin invest in ads via facebook, maybe would be better...
There are training grounds for those who came later...it us good solution....your way smells bad...
that way is shit. ask a newbie. that is something, just enough to keep them here for a while, and must be always adjusted to the ever increasing difference.
+1 game needs new blood, new players o7
like LoboRojo said, admins dont spend much on advertising and w8 for us players to do it for them, they need to be a little bit more agressive on that part
nope. it is not about invitation, they will not stay anyways. this is a game where new players are fu**ed.
Facebook advertising is shit, i know one guy who spend 50€ on 200k ad and bring 2 PEOPLE to game, other guy put a threat on gaming forum and get 140 people
or just make a new round/battle (air) with no training ground, ever. like in another game that called perception and they haven t made any perception training ground. but in the long run it will become boring and people start leaving this game. the important things, for a game like this one, are not only hit, hit, and hit, but also community, journalism, politic, and economy..
I think this is an excellent spirit for a solution, though the numbers would need to be finetuned. There needs to be a permanent solution, these six-month fixes that become quickly obsolete (re: naval update) will not sustain the game.
Right now they have only one solution - permaban of players.
Advertising advertising
Baybe its time for divisions?
Make events for players below a certain level and let them get extra strenght.
I think the most thing we need is still iterative tutorial.... many guy come to a game but if community don t have time for them they leave because no one explain to them
There is another solution, move to an other game wich name is forbidden here c:
all similar games suffer from this: newbies are forced to give up.
I like this idea very much.
There must be more ways to get people involved! Stock market companies like esim, more ways to influence politics in a country like iceapple, different political systems, more interaction between players in-game!!! Not only elections and war!
Give 150-200+ free strength for everyday train in 2 month new player will be 10k+ strength,, after this stop bonus strength and leave only normal tg 30 per day
some sort of strength idea won t help this game. It s over 2 years now and what can we see: no new option, no new nothing = It s dead
oh wait... I forgot we have new training grounds!!!
