We need a country:
1.That will accept CS of soldiers for the MU.
2.Have 100% at least on weapons but priority for countries with 100% on weapons and food.
3.That will not try tell us where to fight.
4.Priority for countries that will give me Prime Minister position so i'll be able accept CS of soldiers also by myself.
Klinge will fight for the country where it will be in when we not have anything else to do.
About Klinge:
It's MU which is not part of any country, in other words "Mobile Personal Army".
(We will talk with all after the election for CP)
