Bolivia solicito a Peru una guerra de entrenamiento para reavivar ambos paises y que se vean beneficiados con la medalla de Verdadero Patriota
Por lo tanto Bolivia Mando la ley y tiene la Iniciativa

La guerra es para beneficio mutuo y consiste en que el pais atacante pierda el ataque .
En caso de que un pais gane la batalla, el otro pais tiene la obligacion de pegar para la liberacion de la region ocupada.
