A small announcement by the President of eUkraine. We keep returning money that we got from upgrades at the territory of eUkraine. To the citizens of eUkraine we are returning 9% of spent money, for the citizens from the countries of Delos this sum is 7%, for others is 6% and to the citizens from countries of Axis of Evil (both kind if VV alliances) we're returning 5% from the sum.

Also, Ukrainian government would like to buy q5 hospital. PM me for details.
