1. France will rent the region of Patagonia from Argentina.  
2. The region will be rent for 50g monthly.  
3. This agreement is valid for  92 days (3 months).  
4. If Argentina win the RW, the region must be returned to France within 48 hours.  
5. This agreement is also including a non-agression pact between the two countries.
