Dear Citizens of eRevollution,
MDP, France and Brazil has agreed on peace and we will hereby announce the terms.
I - Terms and Conditions
1- Brazil will stay in core regions.
1 a) - There will be a meeting between Brazil and Bolivia, with participation of MDP representive as an observor. If Bolivia agrees to rent its region, Brazil may take regions from them.
2- Brazil cannot declare war on members on MDP and France. All existing wars will be ended by Peace Treaty.
3- France and members of MDP cannot declare war on Brazil.
4- Brazil cannot interfere the region France takes from Venezuela (ID 555) in any way (neither through MPP battle nor fighting in RW)
5- Brazil cannot interfere the regions hold by Taiwan; Amazonica and Pacifica in any way (neither through MPP battle nor fighting in RW)
6- The agreement will be valid until day 273.

Esse Brasil não está com nada mesmo, atualmente país fraco, sem bônus, fracassado e destruído internamente. Pediram NAP porque não tem a capacidade de fazer danos consideráveis nas battles. I think this is not fair people keep saying this war only last for couple days. We Taiwan, member of MDP, fought with Brazil for quite a while before the rest of MDP kicks in. And some of those fight was pretty awesome.
Peaky, Hungary and Ukraine refused to sign NAP for long time and we know how did it end up. NAP is one option to conclude war, there are many more.

I, Supreme Commander of MDP authorize a declaration of war from Brazil to Paraguay in order to fulfil the premisses of this deal. This Declaration of war does not break this agreement.

The Conquest Paraguayan to Bolivia are older than Rio Agreement. Chiquisaca and Tarija is a Paraguayan Region and you can t rent from Bolivia. This DoW broke the NAP.
Brazil can rent only Pando... Or If Bolivia won a RW and rent inmediately to BR. RL and erev are diferent worlds. Bolivia can not claim sovereignty over a territory that does not belong them.
