Hello, dear Friends and Enemies, what if instead of playing the same old erevollution we do something different? What about a good and old Role Playing Game? And there is no RPG more clic than Dungeons and DragonsTM (property of HasbroTM, the same company which owns the Disgusting Gay HorsesTM).
So, today I will present you a fine selection of Fantasy cles to make your own DnD character! Since we already use medieval leather armors (from +1 to +5, exactly as in DnD) then we are halfway there.
P.S.: To avoid problems with ``Bards`` (see below), I am not offering any ``Race`` for choice besides Humans. Use your colorful imagination to set the Race of your character and (specially) the enemies of your character! I am sure the ``love`` you feel for them will result in a very nice choice!
Aristocrat
Aristocrat - in normal DnD it is one of the worst cles, but here in erev it is probably the best cl! Has the special ability ``Nuke`` which adds a +1.000.000.000 bonus to the damage of a single attack. Actually, the best way to play DnD - eRev edition is to be at least partially an Aristocrat. Has the highest HP of all cles (since the Ari can buy packs with temp hospitals)
Druid
A typical high level Druid and his (?) wolf
Druid - master of pets, the Druid is able to use his animal companions to boost himself.
Alignment: can only be Good if you feed your pet each day. If you name your pet someone you dislike, you are automatically a Neutral Evil Druid.
Tip: multi-cl it with Aristocrat so you can get more Enchanted Stones +5 to booster your pets. A high level Aristocrat/Druid can make his pets so strong that they will surp other players!
Rogue
That is all the Rogue is about, actually
Rogue - these tricksters are another good (or evil) choice for DnD erev version players. Evade from Ban Hammers using the IP Stealth skill, and high level Rogues can even use this skill on another characters (use it on Necromancers and Summoners, so you can do MULTIple Sneak Attacks in a single turn!).
Tip: buy some points in the Read/Write Language skill so you can learn various SCRIPTS, a very necessary tool for a good Rogue.
A typical Aristocrat/Rogue combination
Barbarian
Only Alpha Males can truly appreciate this image!
Barbarian - the MANLIER cl in DnD, usually wears only a loincloth and a leather armor covering only their ``weapon``. Mostly Barbarians have strong muscles (the highest Strength stat) and too much corporal hair, being inspired by Bears. Has an expertise in grappling fights (+5 bonus if your adversary is another manly man, -5 if a woman, blergh). Appreciators of masculinity could be good Barbarians.
(Since I am not of an Evil alignment, I put these images to clear your mind)
Necromancer
That is how Necromancers can control many accou... I mean, many undead minions with only two comput... I mean, only two necromantic magic items
Necromancer - this wizard is able to raise the dead, creating an army of undead accounts from the early days to fight in his name! A good idea is to multi-cl Necro with the Rogue, so you can learn the spell Multiple IPs of Mordenkainen to make all your minions invisible to the Lawful creatures from the Plane of Moderation.
Summoner
Do not be fooled, only one of these is a real person, and it is not the women...
Summoner - another good choice if you want to have a MULTIple army fighting to you, one can differentiate between Necromancers and Summoners just by looking the age of the minions: Undeads were created at 2016 or 2017, while summoned creatures are from 2020. Tip: combine it with the Aristocrat so you can get a +10 bonus on Reflex savings against the dreadful Ban Hammer and buff your summoned creatures with the Starter Pack cl ability.
Commoner
eRevollution is one of the best farming games... if not for the ed anti-agriculture hippies who are always raising RWs to destroy the food bonus, it!
Commoner - using the Profession (Farmer) skill to produce stuff, it is actually a very effective choice if you do not give a fvck about the wars. Tip: buy points in the Feed Post skill so you can sell in merch easily. Not an exciting choice, but since the Great Gold Reduction it is a functional way to get some money.
Monk
A typical Monk vs a typical Aristocrat
Monk - fights with bare hands (aka no weapons), is one of the weakest cles in the game. Fighting without weapons is necessary, since this
cl starts with almost no Gold Pieces. They either resent the rich (and far more powerful) Aristocrats, or do not give a freaking fvck and use the Two-Clicking Playing special cl ability.
Bard
The bedside book of many erevollution Bards
Bard - ahh, the poets of the New New World! Their words can inspire, soothe the pain, and even provoke your foes - SPECIALLY provoking your foes. Bards can use the feats Insult in Main Feed and Insult in Article to manipulate your enemies. Most Bards are Chaotic Evil, although they think of themselves as Lawful Good.
Paladin
A typical eRevollution Paladin
Paladin - the defender of all that is good and beautiful, so, of course Paladins are fanatically devoted to Their Own Side (after all, everyone knows that their own side is Lawful Good and the Other Side is Always Chaotic Evil). Since they have high Charisma, they usually multi-cl with the Bard to use the Insult abilities or order to Smite Evil.
Fighter
Yes, I know I already used this image, but it depicts both a typical Necromancer and typical Fighters
Fighters - these guys are an one-trick pony (can not avoid this reference): they can only fight. No talking, no article publishing, and the only economic activity is the minimal required to fight. Usually confused with the minions used by Necromancers and Summoners (although more often than not they are actually the same creatures...)
Next time we will discuss the alignment of each alliance, the deities of eRevollution (Admin is the Greatest God, absolutely Lawful Good, and if you disagree will place is at the Tarterian Depths of Carceri) and the bonus of different magic items (Leather Armor +5, Leather Hat +5, Leather Boots +5... and of course the Ban Hammer +∞ !).
But only if you buy the Dungeons and DragonsTM pack, which comes with a Dragon as a pet and Uranium Stones to enchant your Nukes and double their damage!
So, which cl you choose, dear adventurer?
