After losing almost 200 gold with 3 blue stones, and before losing more 200 gold to buy unneeded cr*p on the store, I will add some suggestions to make the missions not suck too much next time they are present (unfortunately, taking into account the gold and resources wasted, I think Our Dear Leader will add them many times in the future, so we will not have it too easy and we will be forced to buy stuff with RL money).
Kendo (the more masculine player in erev, after me, of course!) gave a perfect definition why these missions suck: they feel like WORK, instead of FUN. War of Minions and Flappy Parrot, like it or not, at least are minigames, while the missions are just lots of tasks, many of them are annoying.
After these ed missions, we all miss this guy
We are forced to do that mission in order to advance to the next missions. So, doing X damage in True Ally battles is doable, but to open that mission we need to do the horrible Open RW mission.
Some missions are particularly sucky:
- Improve your equipment: since Blue Stones have at best a 50% chance of working, and Pink Stones are both rare and very expensive, this mission is full of frustration (spend 60+ gold for a Blue Stone just to lose it and your q0 equipment by that delicious message: `Your equipment was destroyed`. Also it was one of the first red missions, so you need to do it to advance just at the first mission season days.
- Open RW: it is a huge competition to open a RW, and you need to be at the desired region at the exact time you want to open it, facing competition of players who open RW for `war reasons` (and, according to the legends, the infamous RW SCRIPT). The rules to open RW are very annoying too, with that timer. Last but not least, it is another gold wasted to travel there, usually for nothing. Also it appears again at the last orange missions.
- Waste 200 gold on store: do I need to explain why this mission suck? Before it was only 20 gold, which was reasonable, but 200 gold is a huge value for non-VISA players.
- Hiring people : for players who do not use to hire workers, it is very annoying, since it depends of other people. You need to open job positions in the market and pay lots of money for them (with the inflated wages), also you need to control the workers so they do not waste more money by working more than you need. Sometimes, you need to leave your job so you can work to another player in exchange of that player working for you, and that can result in wage loss if you try to return to your old job. Also it mess with wages - they go artificially up, but you know that in some days they will fall again, and maybe you will be at a low-wage work and/or working for a player who sometimes lack CC (so you can not work some days and lose the Bird-boosted Strength and Intelligence daily bonus).
Other missions are bad too (contracts, buying and selling at the international market ...), but these are particularly bad.

Possible solutions?
1) Add alternative missions and/or different paths, so we can choose which ones to do.
Top players (aka VISAs) will be able to do both missions, reaping most rewards, while everyone could have a chance to end it.
This model was done with the Gold Ticket, where top players got better rewards but the main reward (a Bird enlargement) are available for everyone.
2) Remove missions and simply add quests (way less annoying) instead

In general, RW mechanism is faulty. The RWs must be raised by A TEAM of players (es 10 players with a cost of 5G each)

Oo someone said it was certain that for each 3 stones 1 would work, it seems that was not true.... I lost ``only`` 3 stones. Really a bad mission!
Fortunately a friend help me with the blue stones
He gave me 4 for chip price and i can assure you that my teeth were shrinking after the third try
Stasticaly speaking three is enough with q0 equipment but shit happens 😭
